The 3M Ketac Molar Quick Aplicap Restorative GIC – A3 is a bulk-fill, packable, and fast-setting conventional glass ionomer cement designed for posterior dental restorations. This material offers chemical adhesion to both dental enamel and dentin, facilitating minimally invasive preparations and ensuring an excellent marginal seal.

Indicated for a range of clinical applications, this restorative is suitable for primary tooth fillings, single surface fillings in non-occlusal areas, and cervical fillings in the posterior region where aesthetics are not the primary concern. It also serves as a base material for single and multiple-surface composite fillings, and for core build-ups prior to crown placement.

The Aplicap capsule delivery system provides consistent quality, simplified handling, and a nozzle for direct application of the material. This glass ionomer cement is radiopaque and releases fluoride ions, contributing to reduced risk of secondary caries.
